-Non-fiction - Within the System & Outside
-$2.00 Nonrefundable charge for a non-fiction book outside the System
-Patron must prepay at the library where they make their request
This policy is subject to change at any time. The System regrets having to place limits on interlibrary loan services. However, cuts in funding from both New York State and Cattaraugus County make it necessary.
